Cara melembutkan daging yang kita rebus...
Mengapa berjam-jam kita rebus daging tapi tak empuk atau lembut....
- Ambilkkan seketul gula batu dan masukkanke dalam rebusan daging tadi....
- Pastikan jangan di letak garam dulu.....setelah gula batu hancur selama 15 minit barulah masukkan garam
- Ada juga petua memasukkan sudu atau garfu ke dalam rebusan daging
Berlainan pula jika merebus daging di kawah.....kalau di kampung-kampung tentu kawah ni tak asing lagi...mesti ada jika membuat sesuatu majlis atau kenduri-kendara..
Kalau rebus dalam kawah .....tak payah berjam-jam.....20 minit sudah cukup dengan api yang menyala kuat menggunakan kayu api.......
Kawah besi dengan kepanasan yang maksimum mampu melembutkan daging dengan segera
